1:00 PM — Transportation from the hotel to the lake. Please text 204-271-3387 by March 19 at noon to register your pickup location and preferred time.

1:00 PM — If you are able to walk a short distance, please park on the boat launch hill; we will have transportation on the ice to the ceremony area. Due to limited parking on the ice, those spots are reserved for elderly guests and guests with disabilities.

1:00 PM — Cocktail hour prior to the ceremony.

We will have a tent with a few heaters just incase it is cooler out. Please dress for the weather for your comfort.

2:00 PM — Wedding Ceremony at Big Island Lake on the ice

3:00 PM — Photos of all guests on the ice

3:30 PM — Guests transportation to town.

3:30 PM — Bride and groom portraits

5:00 PM — Cocktails at Unwinder (Victoria Inn Bar)

6:00 PM — Supper at Unwinder (Victoria Inn Bar)

7:00 PM — Speeches

7:05 PM — Live Band

11:30 PM — Late-night snack

There will be rides available at the end of the night.
